Overview
It is possible to hold a licence authorizing the scope of work for a Licensed Pressure Equipment Inspector (LPEI) while not holding a Certificate of Qualification issued by TSASK. In order to be the Designated Pressure Equipment Inspector (Company Chief Inspector) for a QMS program, an LPEI must apply for a Certificate of Qualification.
To be eligible for a LPEI Class 1 or 2 certificate, you must write and pass the administration exam and meet the requirements of section 90(4) and (5) of The Boiler & Pressure Vessels Regulations, 2017.
